waterjet pumps and systems are constructed with highly graded SG Iron body, EN range crank shaft with forged connecting rods, plungers are in S.S 304 AND S.S 316 with ceramic coated or turnstile coated for high pressure  we are used PTFE ARAMID seal for strong and tightens under load . for low pressure we use v-severeon seal. we selected over sized bearing for load carrying as per specification design, highly accurate design for PRV with respect to flow and pressure for safety aspect.

Boiler Feed applications


Waterjet Pumps series pumps are smaller than the big Waterjet boiler feed pumps, with rated heads of up to 1,400 metres and capacities as high as 274 m3/hr.

Waterjet  pumps are used to provide feed water for power plants and industrial boilers. They have also been used in the Alberta oil sands to provide feed water for the steam flood heaters used to generate high-pressure steam for bitumen extraction

Homogenizers High pressure pump


Homogenizers are used to modify the physical properties of a liquid or mixture by creating emulsions (liquid in liquid suspension) or dispersions (solid in liquid suspension). The homogenization process utilizes high pressure to force a mixture at high velocity through a narrow gap valve. A combination of impingement, capitation and shear forces reduce the size of suspended particles and globules resulting in stable, uniform and consistent mixtures of product. Homogenizers at extremely high pressures are also used to disrupt microbial cell suspensions.

High-Pressure Pumps are used to supply the feed to spray dryers equipped with one and two fluid nozzles. They are also employed as a feed pump for a growing market of reverse osmosis systems used in concentrating functional and sensitive products in the dairy, foods, pharmaceutical and biotechnologies industries

HOW IT WORKS?


As product moves through the narrow gap of the homogenizer valve, energy stored in the high pressure fluid is quickly converted to a stream of high velocity fluid. A combination of impingement, implosion and shear forces disrupt the suspended particles reducing it to an emulsion or dispersion.

Spryer dryer pumps


Pumping the different liquid feed materials used in spray drying, which can vary widely in chemical content and physical properties, including the presence of suspended solids, is a challenge for many types of pump. The seal-less design of the Waterjet Pumps pump is combined with the availability of a wide selection of liquid end materials. Together these features enable the pump to cope with the demands of the chemistry and abrasive nature of spray-dry liquids.

The combination enables the Waterjet Pumps pump to handle virtually any liquid capable of being sprayed. It is the basis of the pump’s exceptionally reliable performance.

Absence of dynamic seals and other parts vulnerable to wear eliminates the most common cause of reduced efficiency in industrial pumps, enabling performance to be sustained throughout the working life of the Waterjet Pumps pump.

Flow is virtually pulse-free flow (dampeners are rarely needed) allowing consistent and controllable droplet size for process optimisation and predictable quality of product. Smooth flow also helps to prevent ‘bearding’, the tendency for some products to build-up at the nozzle orifices.

Compared with traditional metering pumps, the Waterjet Pumps has notably lower Life Cycle Costs – saving on the costs of acquisition, energy consumption, maintenance and repairs. High pumping efficiency lowers energy costs by allowing smaller, lower capacity motors to be used.
